I recently bought the nourished and free ebook, and have to say it’s probably the best investment I’ve ever made. I’m making my way through it and have so far made the brownie protein balls, loaded oatmeal cookies, apple cinnamon oatmeal, and the Pb&j oatmeal. All of the recipes have been SO SO SO delicious and making them is so much fun for me. I think the quotes in the book and the inspiration behind the book is amazing and I am so inspired and excited to improve my food relationship and continue on my health journey. thank you so much for this amazing book :) p.s: I just got to taste the loaded oatmeal cookies and they are actually the best baked good I’ve ever made no kidding.

I came across Gabbi’s Instagram when taking the step to find someone to guide me in my healing journey. Everything she stands for really resonated with me, but I couldn’t have imagined how big of a blessing she would be in my life. I wanted someone I could reach out to in challenging moments, feel comfortable opening up to, and someone to provide me with ways to heal my mindset. Gabbi was able to do all of these things and so much more. She taught me how to accept my body for all that it is, how to work through my struggles, and how to practice self compassion. She gave me the tools to work through anything with grace and patience. She showed me the power of kind self dialogue, and helped me heal my relationship with food, exercise, and my body. Her constant kindness, love, support, and advice cannot be admired enough. Having someone to relate to me, guide me, and be there for me when I needed it most was more than I could have ever asked for. When I started, I didn’t really know what I needed. I didn’t realize how much of myself I lost until I gained my life back. I feel like me again-and I owe it all to her. <3

I first came across Gabbi’s platform when I was in high school and struggling with anorexia nervosa. It wasn’t until my second year of college when I decided to invest in my recovery and begin working with Gabbi. I am so grateful that our paths crossed because Gabbi changed my life. Throughout my time working with Gabbi I explored my relationship with food, but I also explored so much more. Most notably we dove into faith, values, relationships, and movement. It was through the guidance of weekly goals, daily check ins and hour long calls that I truly found my purpose. In September 2022, I made it my goal to go into 2023 recovered from anorexia/ as a whole being again and today, in February 2023, I can confidently say WE have achieved this. My results won’t be the same as yours because our paths are meant to be different, but what I can ensure you is that working with Gabbi goes beyond food, exercise, and mental well being. Working with Gabbi will bring back joy to your life, purpose to your life, and fulfillment in your life. If you’ve been looking for a sign, let this be it. Working with Gabbi TRULY saved my life.

Some of my goals when I started working with Gabbi were to find peace with my body image and to be able to live more intuitively in sync with myself and my body. Gabbi is so amazing because she meets you where you are at and wants to create change that is sustainable and not overwhelming. You can also tell how much she cares about her clients by the care and time she puts into your calls, texts, and anything else you might need. I feel like working with Gabbi has made my brain so much more relaxed in all aspects of my life especially when it comes to food and body image. Gabbi’s support gave me the push I needed to live my life in a way that I never saw as a possibility. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a kind and supportive voice to help them in their healing journey who genuinely understands what you are going through.

When I started working with Gabbi, I was hoping to get help from someone who could truly relate to me because she has been through some of the same struggles I was dealing with. My goal was to get tools and guidance, as well as support 24/7 through text, and to help deconstruct limiting beliefs I had around food and exercise. For years I was stuck in the same cycle of over exercising and feeling guilty around food. Gabbi, being such an attentive listener and truly compassionate, taught me the importance of gratitude for myself and my body. Also affirmations!! Implementing daily affirmations I would say to myself was so helpful and changed the way I viewed my meals and my body. I became more relaxed while eating and started building trust with my body. Gabbi is for anyone who is looking for a holistic approach to intuitive eating and breaking free from the toxicity of the diet/exercise culture. She provides so many helpful tools, exercises, journal prompts, and weekly goals! I highly recommend her for anyone struggling with fear surrounding food and wanting to break free from learned patterns!

When I started working with Gabbi, my goals were to develop a healthier relationship with food, to find balance, and to love and accept my body the way it is. I loved how she gave me platforms to message her whenever I needed. It’s so nice having someone to talk to whenever I need and someone who I know isn’t going to judge me. She is supportive, understanding and a great role model. After working with her for just a month, I already have a more compassionate relationship with myself.

My daughter meets with Gabbi via Facetime, and even though we are across the state it feels like she’s right in the same room. Initially, we hired Gabbi because we were looking to encourage our daughter’s love for cooking, and we knew Gabbi could show her healthier options to her favorite recipes. Her sessions quickly became much more than simple cooking lessons, though. Gabbi has an incredible way with her. She engages with her on a personal level, as they discuss healthier body images, insecurities, and everyday issues of young teenage life. It’s been an absolute joy to overhear their conversations and eat the delicious recipes they make together.

When I saw that Gabbi had started Gabbacado I was seriously struggling with my self image, nutrition and my whole relationship with food in general. I had never seriously considered what I was eating and how if was effecting my well-being and mental health. After just a couple weeks working with Gabbi, I noticed extreme and explicit differences in my mood and energy. Her kindness and ability to be gentle with me even when it came to discussing food and nutrition never felt pressuring or uncomfortable. The recipes were tailored to my taste and everything was extremely simple to make and so yummy. I recommend Gabbi to almost anyone who brings up any struggle towards nutrition. I now know that I have someone in my contact list that I can trust when it comes to anything food. I LOVE Gabbi.
